日本のコナジラミ研究の空白地帯

Danzig1966を入手しました。

今回は、岡山大学 附属図書館 資源植物科学研究所分館から入手しました。ここは、モノクロ35円/1枚と安く、カラー(70円/1枚)もあり、図書館経由でなく直接申し込めて、メールでも可能なようだし、郵便為替も使えるので、良さそうです。2013年3月22日追記:郵便為替は使えなくなったようです。

Only one species of the Martime Territory fauna, Neopealius rubi Tak., has been recorded in Japan (Honshu). The unusually slight similarity between the whitefly fauna of the Martime Territory and that of Japan is clearly not a reflection of the real situation, but is to be explained by uneveness in studies of the Aleyrodoidea of the Japanese islands. More than 60 species have been described from Central and Southern Japan, but the whitefly fauna of the northern areas, whose other insect groups have much in common with the mainland of the Soviet Far East, has not been investigated.

沿海地方ファウナの中でニガイチゴコナジラミただ一種だけが日本で記録されている。この沿海地方のコナジラミ相と日本のそれとの異常に少ない近似性は、明らかに実際の状況が反映されていない、しかしそれは日本のコナジラミ研究の偏りによって説明できる。60種以上の種が日本の中心および南方から記載されており、北方地方のコナジラミ相（他の昆虫についてはソビエトの極東地方と多くの種類が共通している）はまだ研究されていない。

私が去年から探索している山梨県北杜市のフィールドは、標高が600m以上あり、1月の平均気温が0℃と寒冷地並の気候です。最近見つけたもののいくつかは日本未記録のようですし、文献の書かれた1966年から半世紀経ちましたが状況はあまり変わっていないように思います。ということで、北の方からはまだまだ未記録種が見つかるかもしれませんね。
